To return a spare part you will need to complete the attached form in full and send back to ukreturns@ariens.com for authorization where you will be issued a returns number. Once you have had your form back, depending on the reason either it will need to be sent back or collected by us. Once the part has been received by Ariens Company a credit will be issued to your account.

Please note: A handling charge of 15% will apply in certain cases depending on the reason of return.
