If you would like to cancel an order that has not yet been despatched to you, an email needs to be sent to ukspares@ariens.com with the order number reference stating that you wish for it to be cancelled and you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.*
*Please note that orders placed before 1pm will be despatched the same day so they may not always be able to be cancelled depending on the time that it was ordered. If this happens and you receive an order you do not want it can be returned through the returns procedure, Please see Returns FAQ for more information on the policy.
