Q: My computer says the install is blocked
A: There a numerous systems which could block installation. If its blocked by Windows you may well see a 'run anyway' or 'allow' option. If this is the case then it is OK to continue. However some third party packages may also block the installation. In these instances you would need to contact your system administrator or IT representative.
Q: When I try to install I'm told I need 'administrative rights'

Q: My computer displays a message saying 'Blocked by group policy'
A: Your IT department have implemented rules to prevent un-authorised software from running. Please ask them to authorise your install of Solaris.Q: I've downloaded it but I can't find the installer
A: If the installer hasn't been run straight after download it will need to be run manually. The location by default on most pc's will be the computers downloads folder. Alternatively re-download it and check where the location that downloads are set to.
Q: I can't log in.
A: You will have been issued with a username and password by letter or email prior to your download. Upon first use you will be asked to change the password for security purposes. If you have not got your username and password please either create a ticket on this site or email customercare@ariensco.com stating your dealer code.Q: Where can I find some instructions?

Q: Can I turn off Solaris email notifications?
A: If you would like to stop the Solaris notification messages please send a support ticket to customer services and they will be happy to disable the notifications for you.Q: I see a message saying 'premature data end'
A: This is because your pc has an incorrect date format. The short code format should be set to DD/MM/YYYY Please see this technical document for further information.
